Perfect for a summer dish, try this light & fresh recipe made with our All Natural Cauliflower Fried Rice!

Ingredients

  • 2 Bags (10 oz.) Path of Life All Natural Cauliflower Fried Rice
  • 1 Piece (8 oz) Smoked Deli Ham
  • 1 Cup Fresh Pineapple, diced
  • Green Onions, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat a large (12in.) skillet over medium high heat. Add ham and cook 2-3 minutes or until browned.
  2. 2. Add Cauliflower Fried Rice and pineapple. Cover and cook an additional 5-6 minutes or until heated through; stirring occasionally. Sprinkle with green onions before serving, if desired.
