Description

Our Roasted Garlic Cauliflower is a great twist for this simple and delicious appetizer!

Ingredients

  • 1 bag (10 oz) Path of Life Roasted Garlic Cauliflower, cooked according to package directions and cooled completely
  • 1 can (15-16 oz) Garbanzo Beans, drained and rinsed
  • ¼ cup Olive Oil
  • 3 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
  • ⅓ cup Tahini
  • 2-4 tbsp Warm Water
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Assorted crudités and dippers (optional)

Instructions

Chef’s Tips:

Add chopped fresh herbs such as basil or parsley after blending, if desired.

  1. Cook the Roasted Garlic Cauliflower according to package directions and cool completely.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Process until very smooth; adding water as needed to allow blending. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Serve with assorted crudités and dippers, if desired.
