Kale & Butternut Squash Flatbread with Balsamic & Feta



A tasty flatbread made with Path of Life All Natural Kale & Butternut Squash!


  • 1 Bag (10 oz.) Path of Life All Natural Kale & Butternut Squash
  • 2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 1 Large Red Onion, thinly sliced (about 3 cups, sliced)
  • 1/4 Tsp. Salt
  • 1/2 Cup Balsamic Vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. Honey
  • 4 oz. Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 1/4 Cup Crumbled Feta or Goat Cheese, divided
  • 1 Package (8.8 oz.) Naan Flatbread (2 Flatbreads)


  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Heat oil in a medium skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion and cook 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally until browned and very soft. Add salt and balsamic vinegar. Bring to a simmer and cook 5-7 minutes or until completely evaporated and onions are deep purple. Stir in honey. Spread onto a plate and refrigerate until room temperature.
  2. Meanwhile, combine cream cheese and 1 cup of the feta. Spread flatbreads with cream cheese mixture. Top with onions, Kale & Butternut Squash and sprinkle with remaining feta.
  3. Place flatbreads directly on center oven rack. Bake 10 minutes or until crust begins to brown. Carefully remove from oven and cut into wedges.
