Description

Easy fried rice recipe made with Path of Life Organic Quinoa & Brown Rice.

Ingredients

  • 2 Bags (10 oz.) Path of Life Organic Quinoa & Brown Rice
  • 2.5 Cups (1 Package) Frozen Stir-Fry Vegetable Blend
  • 1/3 Cup Prepared Stir-Fry Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a 12-inch skillet on medium high heat for 2-3 minutes or until hot.
  2. Add vegetables and rice.
  3. Cook 6-8 minutes or until heated through.
  4. Stir in sauce.
  5. Cook an additional 1-2 minutes or until sauce is incorporated.
