Description

A quick, high protein meal that is the perfect complement to an active lifestyle.

Ingredients

  • 1 Bag (10oz.) Path of Life Organic Quinoa & Brown Rice, frozen
  • 1 Cup Path of Life Organic Broccoli Florets, frozen
  • 1 Cup 1/2-inch Diced Firm Tofu (Do Not Use Soft Tofu)
  • 4 Tsp Hoisin Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil
  • ¼ Cup Water

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat until hot.
  2. Add tofu; cook 6-8 minutes or until lightly browned on all sides, stirring occasionally. Stir in Quinoa & Brown Rice and Broccoli.
  3. Add water. Cover and cook 2 minutes or until mixture is hot. Add hoisin. Cook an additional minute or until mixture registers 160⁰F with a pocket thermometer. Serve immediately.
