Salad made with Path of Life Organic Quinoa & Kale

Ingredients

  • 2 Bags (10 oz.) Path of Life Organic Quinoa & Kale, cooked according to package directions and cooled to room temperature
  • ½ Cup Grape Tomatoes, halved
  • 8 Sliced Turkey Bacon, cooked and cut into 1-in. pieces
  • 1 Medium Avocado, diced
  • ½ Cup Honey Mustard Dressing (See Chef's Tip)

Instructions

Chef’s Tip: To prepare your own honey mustard dressing for this recipe, combine 4 tsp each; Dijon mustard, honey and white wine vinegar in a small mixing bowl. Slowly whisk in 1/3 cup canola oil.

  1. Combine Quinoa & Kale, tomatoes, bacon, avocado and dressing in a medium mixing bowl. Mix well.
