Description

Add some fresh flavor to your bowl of tortilla chips with this sweet and spicy salsa! Also makes a fantastic compliment to meat or fish for a quick and fabulous Mexican meal.

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Path of Life Organic Mango, thawed
  • 1 Cup Diced (1-in.) Pineapple
  • 1/4 Medium-Sized Red Onion, peeled
  • 1 Jalapeño Pepper, seeded
  • 1/2 Cup Cilantro Leaves
  • 3 Tbsp. Fresh Lime Juice (About 1 Lime)
  • 1 Tsp. Smoked Paprika
  • Kosher Salt and Black Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients except mango and pineapple in a food processor. Pulse for 30 seconds or until coarsely chopped.
  2. Add mango and pineapple. Pulse again until chunky or desired consistency.
