Quinoa & Vegetable Fried Rice

- 2 Bags (10 oz.) Path of Life Organic Quinoa & Brown Rice
- 2.5 Cups (1 Package) Frozen Stir-Fry Vegetable Blend
- 1/3 Cup Prepared Stir-Fry Sauce
- 2 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil
1. Heat oil in a 12-inch skillet on medium high heat for 2-3 minutes or until hot.
2. Add vegetables and Organic Quinoa & Brown Rice.
3. Cook 6-8 minutes or until heated through.
4. Stir in sauce.
5. Cook an additional 1-2 minutes or until sauce is incorporated.
6. Serve and enjoy!
