Why are you participating in the Path of Life Challenge?

For the health benefits, I need to change my eating habits.

What are you looking forward to during the challenge?

I’m looking forward to challenging myself, and also looking forward to being part of the group in the challenge and how we will motivate each other to conquer our goal/s whether its losing weight, learning how to eat right, the energy and health benefits, etc.

What are you expecting to be the most difficult part of the challenge?

Sitting next to a person eating a cheeseburger and fries while I eat a healthy wrap.

My favorite part was cooking.

Getting out of my comfort zone.

I cook healthier.

Do more exercises and try to go to the gym at least 4 days a week.
