Using the Path of Life products to create exciting new recipes! My kitchen misses me, it’s time to get back into cooking!

Being self-aware of when I am actually hungry versus when I am bored.

Group workouts – I loved pushing myself with my amazing coworkers.

What was the most challenging part of the challenge?

Not eating/resisting carbs for dinner.

What lifestyle change did you make during the 30 days that you'll be able to stick with?

Going to the gym every morning.

Lose an additional 10 lbs and 3% body fat!
