21 Path of Life Employees will be participating in the Path of Life 30 Day Challenge

eat

3 servings of Path of Life Products each day for 30 days

drink

Participants are not allowed to drink any alcohol or soda

exercise

Exercise at least 4 times per week for 60 minutes

2 days of cardio and 2 days of strength training

track

Blood testing, weight & measurements, before & after photos

Keep a record of your meals and activity via daily journals or an app

share

Participants are encouraged to take pictures and video through-out the 30 days

For 30 Days, 21 Path of Life Employees will be eating 3 servings of Path of Life products each day.

Why?

Because Path of Life products are awesome! Just kidding! Well, they are awesome, but The Path of Life 30 Day Challenge was inspired by one of the Path of Life owners and health enthusiast, Scott Schmidt. Scott thought, ’we already know what happens when you eat fast food for 30 days, what would happen if you ate Path of Life for 30 days?’ It took a little while to figure out the details, but he recently invited the Path of Life team to participate in the challenge. 21 Path of Life employees accepted the challenge—for many different reasons.
